We are always on the lookout for the following personnel, ideally with experience gained with a MOD prime contractor or, exceptionally, with HM Forces.

All candidates should be security cleared to SC level or security clearable to this level (UK citizens of UK parents, who have not worked / resided outside the UK for a prolonged period).

ISTAR / Command and Battlespace Managers

Those with operational, policy, acquisition and programme management experience of all aspects of homeland security, Intelligence Acquisition and Analysis are always welcome to submit their details to us.

Commercial Managers

With proven success in negotiating complex transactions with the DE & S (or DPA / DLO). Experience and understanding of Smart Acquisition, ‘Purple Procurement’, DEF-Stans, and Bid Support and Bid Management.

Security and Resilience Managers / Engineers

With experience in the physical security of civil facilities (oilfields, pipelines, ports, airports) from both a strategic perspective and in the actual physical configuration of surveillance hardware and other protective devices.

Project Managers

Who can manage the work of engineering, supply chain and commercial teams on a project, whilst hitting project milestones. Those with experience of gate reviews, Earned Value Management and Six-Sigma processes are particularly sought

Quality Assurance Engineers

Generation of qualification / test documentation and test reports, the prevention of test creep and / or experience of the auditing of Integration / Test / Suppliers’ procedures and processes

Aerospace Professionals

We have new opportunities for candidates with a background in engineering for space exploration work, including those with AOCS, GNC, Satellite Payload experience, Orbital Infrastructure experience and engineers who have worked in High Resolution Optical And Radar Systems in an aerospace environment

Systems engineer

Candidates with experience of any (preferably all) of Requirements Capture, System Design / Architecture, Manufacture, Integration, Validation, Factory and Customer Acceptance Testing and all associated documentation.

Software engineer

With any programming language but ideally Java, C# and / or C++.

Hardware engineer

With experience of development of Microwave and RF based systems, and / or Hardware design & development activities on Electronic Warfare equipment.

Test Engineers

Systems, systems integration,  software and hardware test engineers and EMC engineers.

Mechanical Design Engineers

Particularly those with experience of Pro-e (Wildfire) software.

Supply Chain Managers

Experienced in managing subcontractors via the establishment of watertight Service Level Agreements. Experience of working with consortium partners, managing them and their service providers. CIPS qualified applicants actively welcomed

Planners

With experience of planning tools such as Primavera 3 or Microsoft Project. Also in the generation of Earned Value Management data. Experience of Active Risk Manager. Past responsibility for the application, measurement, collation, analysis and reporting of Programme metrics

Electrical Engineers

Particularly those with power design and cabling backgrounds and / or with 16th Edition Wiring qualifications.
