I have been in touch with Yes! Concept since the late 1990s I believe but have only been working through them since June 2017. In all of my communication and involvement with them it has – and continues to be – a pleasant and very professional experience. Their approach has always been friendly and honest. I have been contracting in the Aerospace and Defence industry for 28 years and it’s the personal touch companies like Yes! Concept that are the most enjoyable to deal with rather than the big faceless corporations. Peter and Julie at Yes! Concept have made the effort to actually meet me, which really helps to build the relationship.
Something that impressed me: I recommended a couple of candidates in a casual chat and Yes! Concept then chased ME to raise an invoice to pay ME a referral fee when they were placed.
And some would say most importantly – payment is always on time as per T&C.
