I have been communicating with Julie Relph and Peter Bell at Yes Concept regarding possible assignments for around 7 years now. In January this year I was approached by Julie regarding an interesting assignment in the defence industry. Julie had thought my CV was a good fit and I agreed for it to put forward. After passing a telephone interview and then a face to face I started the assignment in late January 2018. I found it very easy to deal with Julie for this assignment. Julie and Peter are very personable but always professional. What I mean is you are made to feel like an individual and not a number or commodity, unlike a lot of agencies who tend to forget who you are after a couple of weeks of you submitting a CV. The application was also made easy. The necessary forms were sent over but everything was explained. Before my interview I met Julie near the site to run through everything and make sure we had all the correct forms completed and other necessary compliance information. The personal touch given by these guys is invaluable. From my experience in the past, and certainly now working for Yes Concept, I would have no hesitation recommending them as a very experienced, professional and thoughtful recruitment agency.
